All our english bulldog puppies are of exceptional quality and come from excellent pedigrees.We are willing to deliver your bulldog puppy to your door or meet you somewhere if you are nearby our surrounding NC area and to some Tennessee, Virginia, South Carolina. Georgia, West Virgina, Kentucky and others when we have time.
All bulldog puppies require a $300 or $400, sometimes more depending on the price of your puppy, non-refundable deposit to reserve. No deposit is refundable. Please make sure you are ready to commit before sending your deposit. In the unlikely event that you have an emergency or something happens to your puppy and you can't take get your english bulldog puppy you have chosen after you pay your deposit, you will be able to roll your deposit over to another bulldog puppy in a future litter as long as it is withinone year of the first deposit that was paid.
If for some reason you are unable to pick up your bulldog puppy at the appropriate time, usually around 8 weeks old (pending our vets and our own recommendation),
we will apply your deposit toward our next litter of AKC English Bulldog puppies.

Please know that the recipe to raising a laid back english bulldog from a puppy comes with work and not rough housing them. When a baby is born, they have to be trained to become the adult they have the potential to become, the same goes with an english bulldog puppy. Your puppy will become the bulldog you train him or her to become. If you leave your puppy all day long and never spend quality time with him or her, the puppy will be withdrawn most likely. If you spend adequate amounts of time with your english bulldog puppy and train him to be obedient and train the puppy to potty outside, you will have a wonderful pet and companion, not to mention most likely the best friend you will ever know. Yes, an english bulldog puppy brings lots of work, but also and english bulldog puppy brings lots of joy, smiles and friendship. Love your puppy and treat him well and he will love you back and you will then most likely have a LAID BACK English Bulldog puppy.

Do NOT put a collar on your bulldogs, use a harness, we have seen a lot of nasty looking sores on bulldogs where people used collars and their bulldog sweated and it caused ugly sores. Bulldogs skin is delicate and I don't recommend collars.
Be careful what you let your bulldog chew on, a bulldog puppy can choke easily.When we first started raising Bulldogs, I made many mistakes and one was not cutting chicken up in small enough pieces and our bulldog nearly choked to death. Make sure you cut the food up, like jerky and chicken. Also big pieces of bread is another food bulldogs choke on easily. We do not feed our bulldogs table scraps often, but yes there are times when we treat our bulldogs with something very special and our bulldogs LOVE chicken
Another problem that some people have with their english Bulldog puppies is Cherry Eye, is very common in English bulldogs, if you let your English Bulldog Puppy, play with another dog, it will have an unusually high risk of the other dog or puppy's toenails scratching the bulldogs third eyelid,which can infect and cause cherry eye. If you notice your bulldog puppy rubbing his eye, immediately get "liquid tears" and use it for lubrication until you can get your "baby" to the vet for antibiotic ointment. Doing this immediately could eliminate the need for surgery.
When you bring your english puppy home, puppy proof your house, just like you would do with a 2 year old child. Your english bulldog puppy will want to chew on things, he is teething.
Some things to buy to prepare for your new english bulldog puppy are:
1. Make sure you know what kind of food the breeder feeds and have that ready.
2. Kaeopectate just in case your bulldog puppy gets an upset stomach from all the new changes in his/her life. Yes, sometimes english bulldog puppies can get a nervous stomach right after coming home.
3. This is just my opinion, but I suggest a crate for giving your new bulldog puppy his/her own space. However please don't leave them in the crate for long periods of time, it really causes a lot of stress on a bulldog to leave them pinned up for long amounts of time and can even cause health problems with their skin. I do suggest using a crate to potty train a bulldog puppy, but make sure you play with him/her and spend more time with your new bulldog puppy than you do leaving him/her in their crate.
4. Food and water bowls that are raised up. You can find out more on the internet or researching about this, but it is unhealthy to leave bulldogs food/water bowls on the floor or ground, lifting them makes for a healthier/happier bulldog. If you don't raise the bowls, you run the risk of something called bloat happening to your new bulldog puppy and adult.
5. Harness. Make sure you get a good harness that fits your bulldog puppy, not too snug and not to loose.
6. Leashes are good for bulldog puppies to learn to walk on even in if you live out in the country on 50 acres of land where the puppy can run and play without a leash. It is always helpful to leash train your new english bulldog puppy just in case ;you might take him/her to the park or on vacation or anywhere in public areas.
7. Toys. One thing that helps your new english bulldog puppy get ajusted to life at your home is to play with him/her. Toys work well to get them used to you and your family. Talk to your new english bulldog puppy and assure him/her you love him just as you would a baby.

When your english bulldog puppy starts to go through puberty, it is a very stressful time in their life and like any other things that cause stress for them, this is very hard on a bulldog. As with humans when we we experience a lot of stress it plays havoc on our bodies, the same is true with bulldogs. Your bulldog may experience a little hair loss, don't panic. QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ENGLISH BULLDOG PUPPY FROM ENGLISH BULLDOGS R US

POTTY TRAINING YOUR ENGLISH BULLDOG PUPPY
As far as potty training, we recommend you crate train, there are many good books out there on that, but the key to training your english bulldog puppies to potty they way he/she should in my opinion is consistancy with everytime your english bulldog puppies eat or drink going to the area you want them to use to potty and then when your puppy gets up from a nap. Another key to teaching your English Bulldog puppies to potty is watching the puppy closely as he/she roams the house when they are out of their crates. We tell everyone that crate training is excellent for teaching your bulldog to potty outside or inside and it is the method we use, however you must be consistant for it to work! PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR ENGLISH BULLDOG PUPPY IN A CRATE ALL DAY WHILE YOU ARE AT WORK, IT CAUSES THEM TO BE HYPER! Your bulldog puppy must be taken out of the crate frequently and worked with to learn to go potty outside or on the paper. It must be a consistant process in order for your english bulldog puppy to learn to potty the way you want him to.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT VET FOR YOUR ENGLISH BULLDOG CAN BE CRITICAL
Please, it is so critical that you choose a vet recommended for Bulldogs. I am so serious about this, as Mark will tell you when you pick up your new english bulldog puppies, English bulldogs are so sensitive and it is critical that you choose a veterinarian that is familiar with the english bulldogs breed. I have had so many instances where people take them to someone that knew nothing of the bulldogs breed and called me to find out they needed to find a different vet for their english bulldog puppy. For instance, one lady took her puppy home and found it to be breathing hard and labored. She took her english bulldog puppy to the vet and he recommended putting the puppy to sleep, she called me hysterical and I recommended she find a different vet that was familiar with the bulldog breed, which she did later and come to find out her bulldog puppy had a piece of bread stuck in his windpipe! I had someone email me the other day telling me his english bulldog puppy had a couple skin spots and the vet is wanting to put that bulldog puppy to sleep! English Bulldogs are sensitive to anesthesia and have conditions that are common to their particular breed so they need a vet that is familiar with the Bulldog.
I get emails from people from time to time complaining about the costs of our puppies. I am going to try and address this below:
English Bulldog puppies are hard to raise, I am a zombie constantly when I have a litter of puppies. First of all English bulldog puppies are born by c-section and have to be cared for like a new born by my husband and I not to mention my children. For the first several weeks of their life they are seperated from their mothers which means we are up with our english bulldog puppies every two hours at night like we would do with a newborn child, we as other breeders have to be here to care for our english bulldog puppies during the day instead of working away from home. My husband works a public job and I homeschool and care for puppies during the day and night hours. Our English Bulldog puppies are often bottle fed since some bitches milk doesn't come in at all or sometimes our mother english bulldogs milk can take a few days to come in, this is very stressful to have to get up every 2 hours to feed and then we are making bottles instead of sitting in front of their mother making her let them nurse. English Bulldogs will often sit on puppies, so our english bulldog puppies have to monitored all of the time! Day and Night! Puppies are great, don't get me wrong, but they cost lots of engergy, sleep loss, money and care on their puppies! It is just very expensive to raise the and very time consuming not to mention exhausting!
Moneys we spend on breeding English Bulldogs include:
Fist of all money spent for a new puppy $1500-$2000
Raising the puppy with food and veterinarian care: $$$
The kennels buildings for our puppies and moms and dads: $10,000 and up
Stud service to get quality puppies: $500-$800
C-section to deliver puppies: $800-$1,000
heating pads: (we use snuggle safe heating pads, they work terrific!)
Wormers, shots, vet bills for health check ups and any other colds they might get:

(as I have said before prepare as if it were a baby -- it is!)
If you decide to buy a puppy from English bulldogs R us, please know that we will not be responsible for puppies that have been rough housed and taught to be aggressive. Our puppies leave us with a gentle spirit, but bulldog puppies as with any puppies can be taught to bite and be rowdy if you picked and played with in a rough way. Please don't grab your english bulldog puppies snout and shake it and let the puppy bite cloth articles and drag him across the floor. Not only is this dangerous for the puppy, but you are teaching your puppy an aggressive behavior and to be rowdy!
Bulldog puppies have potential to be very laid back,
but they will become what you teach them to be --
just like a baby will turn out the way you raise them.
English Bulldogs need to be taught when they are young to bite only their chew toys
and not your toes and fingers. Make sure you buy your english bulldog chew toys that can't be destroyed. When you buy toys for your puppy or adult Bulldog please make sure they cannot be torn to pieces and make sure you buy ones without eyes and without body parts that come off like buttons, they will choke on them.English Bulldogs chew up things and can get choked easily.. one more expeience I have had and i will stop rambling on about it. We had someone buy a english bulldog puppy from us and keep in touch, one day they called me from the vets office, their bulldog, who wasn't as much of a puppy anymore had chewed up a sock and they were doing emergency surgery to get the sock out of the bulldogs intestines! Be careful with your english bulldogs! Bulldogs can be such a joy to raise and be around, but bulldogs must be watched and cared for like you would your child, especially when they are still puppies!

Bulldogs are hilarious!
Bulldog puppies bring attention! When we are out with one of our english bulldogs or even english bulldog puppies, everyone crowds around ohhing and ahhing. We get practically attacked at Pet Smart, everyone stops shopping and makes a circle around us when we take one of our bulldog puppies. They all want to know when we will have more puppies. English Bulldog puppies ae always the center of attention wherever they are

Bulldogs all have different personalities and many of them like water:
Many of our bulldogs try to bite the water that comes out of our water hoses;
they love to play with our kids and splash in the water;
and they think that they can swim, but they can't! We took our Jana the bulldog to the lake with us one time and she jumped right in the water. Mark had to go in after her, she SANK! Be careful and make sure you have a life jacket for them like Bentley the bulldog in the above pictures. Or make sure you are watching them at all times if they get near the water.
Most of all, our bulldogs love to play ball.
Our first bulldog could burst a basket ball in just a short time!
Bulldogs love to snuggle, watch TV with you and pass gas!
Let me tell you that a bulldog can stretch out and take up the whole bed... oh and did I mention bulldogs snore? Well they do!
English Bulldog puppies are a joy to have and even when they puppies grow into grown dogs, and snore and pass gas, they are still a joy!
